Refund Policy - the basics
Refunds are not offered for orders once they have been shipped. If your package appears to be lost in transit, you must contact FedEx directly to open an investigation. In the event that FedEx confirms that your package is lost after completing their investigation, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with FedEx’s policies. Any such refund will be processed only after we receive confirmation of loss from FedEx.
